Global Equity Administrator 

We have an opportunity for a Global Equity Administrator to join our Total Rewards team. This role may be based in Seattle/Tacoma or remotely within the United States and reports to the Director, Global Compensation. In this pivotal role, you will independently manage the day-to-day administration and operational execution of Infoblox’s equity compensation programs, supporting accurate transactions, reliable data, strong controls, and an exceptional employee experience. Collaborating closely with Finance, Legal, IT, Talent Acquisition and external partners, you will help scale equity operations and strengthen our public-company readiness. You will also use thoughtful automation, analytics, and approved AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, identify trends and discrepancies, and support clear, consistent decision-making while applying sound professional judgment and protecting confidential information. 

Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do 

• Administer Infoblox’s global equity programs across the full award lifecycle, including grants, vesting, releases, exercises, cancellations, forfeitures, modifications, terminations, and other employee transactions, as applicable 


• Process new-hire, promotion, refresh, retention, and other equity grants in accordance with plan documents, grant agreements, approval requirements, and internal controls 


• Lead the evaluation, selection, implementation, and ongoing administration of the equity management platform, including vendor coordination, configuration, integrations, data loads, workflows, permissions, participant records, grant acceptance, reporting, and supporting documentation 


• Reconcile equity activity and balances across the equity platform, HRIS, payroll, finance, accounting, and other relevant systems; investigate discrepancies and drive timely resolution 


• Coordinate equity grant approvals, including preparation of approval materials, maintenance of approval records, and distribution and collection of individual grant agreements 


• Provide responsive participant support and education, including clear explanations of plan provisions, transaction processes, account resources, and employee communications 


• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, reconciliations, and data files supporting equity activity, share utilization, stock-based compensation, financials, audits, public-company readiness, and other stakeholder needs 


• Support SOX controls, audit requests, public-company reporting activities, and data for proxy or other filings, as applicable 


• Maintain standard operating procedures, process maps, control documentation, calendars, and training materials; identify practical opportunities to improve accuracy, scalability, automation, and employee experience 

Be Prepared — What You Bring 

• 8+ years of direct experience in equity administration, stock plan administration, compensation operations, or a closely related discipline 


• Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation preferred 


• Experience administering stock options, RSUs, and other equity-based awards across the award lifecycle


• Experience with equity administration platforms such as E*trade, Fidelity, Shareworks, or similar systems 


• Strong experience with data management, reconciliations, reporting, and advanced Excel capabilities, including lookups, pivot tables, data validation, and error investigation 


• Proven ability to manage complex, high-volume processes with accuracy, sound judgment, and strong attention to detail 


• Experience working with confidential and sensitive employee, compensation, financial, and equity information 


• Ability to interpret and apply equity plans, grant agreements, policies, procedures, approval requirements, and control documentation 


• Strong communication and cross-functional partnership skills, including the ability to explain equity concepts clearly to employees and stakeholders 


• Experience using automation, analytics, generative AI, or other productivity tools to improve workflows, reporting, documentation, or decision support, with the judgment to validate outputs and protect sensitive data 


• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, human resources, or a related discipline preferred 

Be Successful — Your Path 

First 90 Days: Immerse in our culture, connect with mentors (Blox Buddies), and map current systems and stakeholder needs, and support the evaluation and selection of the equity administration platform. Establish short- and long-term goals. 

Six Months: 

• Independently execute core equity administration processes with consistent accuracy and within established service-level expectations 


• Complete documented reconciliations across the equity platform, HRIS, payroll, and finance or accounting systems, and resolve identified discrepancies 


• Establish trusted working relationships with key cross-functional partners and external equity platform contacts 


• Update or create standard operating procedures, control evidence, recurring reports, and employee-facing resources 


• Identify and implement at least one practical automation, reporting, or AI-assisted productivity improvement with appropriate review controls 

One Year: 

• Own recurring equity administration cycles and provide reliable operational support for grants, vesting, exercises, terminations, reporting, and audits 


• Demonstrate strong data integrity, documentation, and control discipline across the equity lifecycle 


• Support public-company readiness activities, including audit trails, approval workflows, SOX control evidence, reporting requirements, and cross-functional testing 


• Deliver scalable dashboards, reconciliations, and process improvements that reduce manual effort and improve stakeholder visibility 


• Serve as a knowledgeable and responsive operational resource for employees, Compensation, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Payroll, HRIS, and other partners

• We practice pay transparency and reward performance. Offers reflect role location, internal equity, experience, skills, education, and certifications. Base salary for this position: $122,600– $183,920 plus bonus or commission.
