What You Will Do

You'll own the day-to-day execution of WILDE’s brand across every touchpoint: packaging, retail, email, social, events, and sales materials. Working from established brand guidelines and a growing toolkit, you'll bring the details to life and make sure every piece of design looks accurate, on-brand, and production-ready. You'll be a key stakeholder in how the brand shows up in the world, with real room to grow as the creative team expands.

Responsibilities:

• Execute packaging updates and production-ready artwork across a growing lineup of SKUs, working within brand guidelines and packaging specs


• Design retail and shopper marketing materials, sell sheets, and sales collateral that stay on-brand while meeting sales team needs


• Support email and social content, translating brand direction into fast-moving, everyday creative


• Build signage, banners, and backdrops for events and trade shows


• Partner with outside vendors and the agency of record to keep creative aligned


• Balance a wide mix of projects and shifting priorities as the business needs evolve

Who You Are

You're a versatile designer who thrives on variety and doesn't need to reinvent the wheel to do great work. You're comfortable being handed brand guidelines and making them sing across a dozen different formats in the same week. You move quickly, catch the small details that make packaging and print production go smoothly, and you're energized by a fast-paced CPG environment where priorities can shift daily. You're a strong collaborator who works well cross-functionally and takes feedback in stride.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of graphic or brand design experience with a CPG or bold consumer brand


• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)


• A strong portfolio showcasing design for packaging, retail marketing, email, social, and print


• Experience managing production-ready artwork and print files, including familiarity with packaging specs and safe zones


• Figma experience is a nice-to-have


• Based in or near Austin, TX. This role is primarily remote with occasional in-person availability for vendor visits as needed
