We've noticed something interesting.

A meaningful share of Mixtiles customers discover us during that exact moment. 

We don't think that's a coincidence.

Today, Mixtiles group builds products that help people create homes they love - from Mixtiles to easyplant, to Oasis. Together, we've reached 1 in every 20 US households.

We believe moving could become one of the biggest growth opportunities across everything we build. 

The question is:

How do we build a company around that moment? 

We don’t have the answer; that’s why we’re hiring. 

What you’ll do 

Your job isn’t to execute someone else's plan. It’s to help create it.

That might mean:

• Building partnerships


• Inventing new go-to-market channels 


• Creating new customer experience 


• Launching new products 


• Developing a new business model

Or something none of us has thought about yet. 

You'll work directly with our CEO and leadership team to explore, validate, and build this opportunity from scratch.
