At BrainPower, we specialize in driving results for our clients through expert-level marketing, development, and strategic planning. As we expand, we seek an HR Freelance Recruiter Specialist to help us fill key roles and develop efficient systems and processes for hiring top-tier talent.

This is a remote position for an eCommerce Agency based in Orlando, Florida, US.

Key Responsibilities

-Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and recommend top candidates for positions in Facebook Ads, Email Marketing, Google Ads, Development, and other roles.

-Hiring Systems Development: Create streamlined hiring systems and processes to support ongoing recruitment efforts.

-Candidate Screening: Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit for BrainPowers needs.

-CRM Utilization: Use ClickUp as the recruitment tracking system (training provided).

-Employer Branding: Help position BrainPower as an employer of choice by showcasing our opportunities and values.

-Freelance-Only Focus: Work independently to deliver results; consultancy agencies need not apply.

-SOP Creation: Document all the systems and processes implemented for hiring new teammates.

Requirements

Freelance Recruiter: Proven experience as a freelance recruiter, preferably in digital marketing or development-related roles.

Language Proficiency: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Recruitment Expertise: Knowledge of sourcing strategies and tools to identify high-quality candidates.

Organizational Skills: Managing multiple open roles and building effective recruitment processes.

Tech Savvy: Familiarity with recruitment CRM or project management tools like ClickUp is a plus (training available).

Proactive and Self-Driven: Capable of working independently to achieve hiring goals.

We operate in the Eastern Time zone, so the closer you can be to this time zone, the better. We won't consider applicants in opposite time zones unless you're willing to work in our time zone plus or minus 2 hours.
