Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
• Oversee employee onboarding and training programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
• Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related issues.
• Conduct performance management processes and provide feedback to employees and managers.
• Manage employee relations and address grievances effectively.
• Prepare and maintain HR documentation, reports, and metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Strong understanding of labour laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Nice to have

• Experience in a tech or start-up environment.
• HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM).
• Familiarity with performance management software.
