About You: As a Jostens Independent Sales Representative (1099), you are highly motivated and interested in building your own business.
You are entrepreneurial in nature and want more out of life than just a job. Utilize your experience in the printing industry to grow in our Commercial division with unlimited commission potential.
YOU HAVE:
- Experience. Our ideal candidate has 2+ years of related commercial printing sales experience
- Sales skills. Relevant and proven sales and/or sales management experience (consultative, educational, B2C)
- Highly disciplined and self-motivated. Demonstrated personal accountability for your own success and development
- Relationship management. Demonstrated success developing new business and maintaining customer relationships through great customer focus
- Technical skills. Strong business and financial acumen
- Great communication skills. You enjoy acting as a true business partner and communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers.
- Flexibility. Periodic travel may be required (percentage varies dependent on location and demographics)
- Education. You have a 4-year degree (preferred, or equivalent education + experience)
YOU WILL:
- Growth. Gain market share through customer and prospect development
- Develop. Build and maintain customer relationships and work effectively with businesses requiring printing needs
- Advise. Potential customers on printing products and services offered by Jostens
- Compliance. Comply with all applicable laws associated with the services performed for Jostens
- Maintain. Maintain an independent business office
- Operations. Responsible for all business expenses, including but not limited to travel to facilitate sale
- Integrity. Represent the Jostens brand and shared values of accountability to customers, unwavering integrity, responsibility and respect for those we serve.
