As an International Sales Representative (m/f/d) – Agrochemical, you will play a key role in expanding our Agrochemical business across the European market and actively strengthen our international customer relationships.


Aufgaben
  • Observing and analysing the market to identi fy profitable projects and new business opportunities in the agrochemical industry is part of your daily job
  • You undertake the presentation of the company, together with the active sales of our chemical raw materials and related services
  • Moreover, you are responsible for the independent preparation of quotations for your customers and the coordination of order processing
  • You are also responsible for identifying market trends and developing new solutions in cooperation with our product development and sourcing departments
  • You participate in international trade fairs and actively support our presence at exhibitions and customer events
  • You coordinate business relationships and projects with our headquarters in China

Profil
  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Agriculture, Chemistry, or a comparable qualification.
  • Native-level proficiency in at least one of the following languages: German, Spanish, French, or Italian.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Initial experience in international sales, preferably in a B2B environment within the Agrochemical, Chemical, Agricultural, or related industries.
  • Confident user of MS Office; experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to build long-term business relationships.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe and enthusiasm for working in an international environment
