IT Help Desk Technician

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide exceptional technical support and assistance to our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring seamless IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support to users via phone, email, and in-person.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software applications, and hardware.
• Maintain documentation of support requests and solutions provided.
• Assist with the setup and configuration of new hardware and software.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to improve system performance and user experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a technical support role or similar position.
• Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL).
• Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
• Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
