You will lead a robust and high performing innovation team, serving our stakeholders: startups, corporate partners and investors.

You will identify, evaluate and execute organic and disruptive growth initiatives together with business stakeholders.

You will consider, negotiate and deliver strategic partnerships that support our ecosystem strategy – regional, national and beyond. 

You stay up-to-date on trends in modern AI, other emerging technologies and best practices for technology transfer – from basic research to business application.

You will be regularly evaluating and providing insights on the competitive landscape and industry trends.

You will adhere to the four fundamental values of Cyber valley i.e People first, Excellence, Future and service. These values should influence your daily work and course of actions.

You have a master’s degree and 3–5 years of professional experience in the field of business development and/or innovation management.  

 With your deep tech background, you're aware of the latest trends and challenges in modern AI. 

You have strong leadership skills, the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

 With your strong communication and interpersonal skills you have the ability to effectively communicate and influence at all levels of the organization. 

Very good command of both English and German (at least C1 level) and knowledge of standard software packages will be required.
