Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
We are looking for an LCSW to provide remote mental health services to a diverse adult population. In this role, you’ll focus on structured telehealth sessions, practical support, and clear communication with clients and other professionals involved in their care.

Responsibilities

• Offer scheduled telehealth sessions for individuals managing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and risk evaluations.
• Develop treatment plans that include realistic, achievable goals.
• Provide psychoeducation and skills-based interventions tailored to each client.
• Coordinate with external providers and community agencies when needed.
• Maintain complete, accurate documentation that meets regulatory and agency standards.

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Active LCSW license in New York State.
• At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience in mental health.
• Experience providing care through telehealth platforms preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work independently.

• Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
