Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Kentucky

Summary:
We are hiring a licensed clinical social worker to provide telehealth therapy services to adult clients across Kentucky. This role focuses on assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing care within a structured remote environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide psychotherapy sessions via telehealth
• Complete assessments and develop treatment plans
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Follow Kentucky licensing and clinical standards

• Active Kentucky LCSW license
• Master’s degree in social work or related field
• Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience
• EHR documentation experience
