Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Telehealth Opportunity | Massachusetts

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000/year + full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Are you an LICSW with a passion for remote care? Join our growing telehealth team and provide high-quality therapy to individuals across Massachusetts. You’ll have the flexibility to work remotely while making a meaningful impact on clients’ mental health and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy and support through video and phone sessions
• Develop treatment goals and conduct assessments
• Manage case files and maintain up-to-date patient records
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care
• Adhere to all HIPAA and state regulations in practice

• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Current LICSW license in Massachusetts
• 2+ years of experience in direct clinical practice
• Experience in telehealth preferred but not required

• 2 weeks PTO per year
