Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) | Indiana Telehealth Role

Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide remote therapy services to individuals, couples, and families across Indiana. In this role, you will meet with clients through a secure telehealth platform, help them work through relationship challenges, family stressors, communication issues, life transitions, and emotional concerns, and provide steady clinical support through evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families using a secure telehealth system
• Assess client concerns and develop treatment plans based on clinical needs and goals
• Support clients with relationship conflict, family dynamics, stress, anxiety, grief, parenting concerns, and major life changes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation after each session
• Use appropriate therapeutic approaches such as family systems therapy, CBT-informed care, solution-focused therapy, or other evidence-based methods
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans when needed
• Follow ethical, legal, and HIPAA standards for remote behavioral health services

• Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist license in Indiana
• Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field
• Must be able to practice independently in Indiana
• Prior experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Strong documentation, communication, and time-management skills
• Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions

• $115,000–$120,000 per year
• Full-time position
• Remote / telehealth work setting
• Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• 2 weeks PTO
