Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist – Remote Telehealth Position

Job Summary

This full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist position gives you the opportunity to provide therapy from a remote setting while serving clients throughout Mississippi. The focus is on helping people manage the relationship, family, and emotional challenges that affect their everyday lives.

Your sessions may include helping a couple work through recurring conflict, supporting a family during a difficult transition, or guiding an individual who wants to better understand how stress and relationships are connected. You will provide structured therapy, keep clear records, and help clients make progress in ways that feel realistic and useful.

Location: Mississippi
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled video therapy sessions with Mississippi clients
• Provide counseling for couples, families, and individual clients
• Assess client concerns and identify appropriate treatment goals
• Help clients address conflict patterns, communication concerns, family stress, and emotional strain
• Use LMFT-informed approaches and evidence-based therapy methods
• Keep session notes, treatment updates, and care records current
• Refer clients to additional support when a higher level of care is needed

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related clinical field
• Active LMFT license in Mississippi in good standing
• Experience providing therapy to couples, families, individuals, or relational systems
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems
• Strong clinical judgment, documentation skills, and professional boundaries
• Private workspace and reliable internet connection for remote sessions

• Annual salary of $115,000–$120,000
