Location: Lexington, KY
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
Join a telehealth team serving clients throughout Kentucky. You’ll provide consistent, structured therapy that focuses on practical goals and steady progress, supported by administrative and clinical colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individual teletherapy sessions using secure video
• Conduct intake interviews and diagnostic assessments
• Build and maintain treatment plans and progress notes
• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers when needed
• Participate in clinical meetings and ongoing training

• Active Kentucky license as LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy
• Experience in outpatient or community mental health beneficial
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable working remotely
