About the Role

Our lifecycle agency has an immediate opening for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager with Iterable experience to own the end-to-end execution of high-performing, data-driven email campaigns. This role requires a strategic marketer with deep expertise in the Iterable platform and other ESPs like Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Bloomreach, and proven success in lifecycle marketing. You will handle all aspects of the email process—from ideation and briefing to campaign set-up, QA, deployment, and performance reporting.

We’re looking for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment, communicates clearly, and can independently manage multiple concurrent projects. This role will require you to not only plan and strategize but also develop and launch campaigns.  Experience using drag-and-drop tools, pre-existing email templates, and/or coordinating with a creative team is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of email marketing campaigns, from initial concept through deployment and reporting


• Independently configure and launch campaigns in Iterable using Studio’s drag-and-drop editor, modular templates, snippets, and dynamic data feeds to deliver personalized, scalable experiences


• Write or adapt campaign copy and select imagery when needed, ensuring messages are clear, compelling, and on-brand


• Conduct thorough QA—including rendering tests, link verification, and personalization logic checks—to ensure flawless execution


• Leverage Iterable’s analytics and experiment framework to monitor performance, run A/B and multivariate tests, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for optimization.


• Stay current on lifecycle marketing trends, new tools, and AI-driven efficiencies to improve workflow and campaign results


• Maintain clear, centralized documentation of Iterable workflows, templates, campaign assets, and performance insights for knowledge sharing and process continuity.
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on lifecycle marketing experience with a proven record of driving engagement and conversion


• 2+ years of direct, advanced experience in Iterable, including workflow automation, segmentation, dynamic content, and reporting


• Ability to independently produce emails using drag-and-drop tools and template-based systems


• Understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and compliance


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both strategy and execution


• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment

Pay Transparency

Depending on skills and experience, the hourly rate for this contract role ranges from $50 to $60 per hour. As this is a contractor position, benefits are not provided, and contractors are responsible for managing their own taxes, insurance, and any other associated expenses.
