Media Supervisor

• Work directly with media and account managers to create strategic vision for client campaigns
  


• Lead client presentations, media plans and POV's with writing and presentations
  


• Represent the media team during key client strategy and/or pitch meetings
  


• Help with the creation of client media objectives and strategies
  


• Work on focal points for various clients/accounts 
  


• Researching new market technologies and innovative solutions for clients
  


• Negotiate larger partnership contracts with key publishers where necessary
  


• Be a resource for media teams, supervising employee performances, time management and providing ongoing, real-time feedback
  


• Maintain strong relationships with publishers to identify new opportunities and solve creative issues
  


• Oversee, create, and present media documents such as RFP's, media plans, objectives and strategies decks, POVs, client communications and correspondence from within and outside the agency
  


• Supervise, direct, and review the development and implementation of specified media plans by planners & assistants
  


• Motivate, develop, and train your team members to grow in their careers
  

Requirements

• Working independently
  


• Strong communication skills
  


• Problem solving & critical thinking skills coupled with the ability to act independently across competing priorities
  


• Experience with comScore, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Kantar preferred
  


• 3-5 years of media planning experience
  


• Excellent time management and organizational skills
  


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to manage multiple campaigns and tight deadlines
  


• Experience with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram platforms
