In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments for patients with healthcare providers, ensuring that all necessary information is accurately recorded and communicated. This is a part-time, remote position, with the potential for full-time hours as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule appointments for patients with healthcare providers in a timely and efficient manner

- Communicate with patients to gather necessary information and verify insurance coverage

- Accurately enter patient information and appointment details into our scheduling system

- Follow up with patients to confirm appointments and provide any necessary instructions or information

- Collaborate with healthcare providers and office staff to coordinate schedules and ensure smooth patient flow

- Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times

- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers

- Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and software updates

- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred

- Previous experience in a medical office or scheduling role preferred

- Proficient computer skills, including experience with scheduling software

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Comfortable working remotely and managing own schedule

- Must have a reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
