About the Role

The Multimedia Designer & Video Editor is a hands-on creative role focused primarily on video production, video editing, and motion graphics, complemented by strong graphic design capabilities. The role will be approximately 60% video and 40% graphic design, creating engaging and high-quality content across social media, digital advertising, web, and other marketing channels.

You’ll work closely with marketing and creative teams to transform high-level concepts and creative direction into polished, on-brand digital assets. The ideal candidate is technically sharp, detail-oriented, and able to work with a high degree of autonomy—taking direction, making sound creative decisions, and delivering production-ready work with minimal back-and-forth revisions. You’ll also leverage modern creative and AI-powered tools to improve efficiency, explore new creative approaches, and support the team’s evolving digital content needs.

Work hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM PHT)

What you’ll do

• Produce and edit video content for social media, digital ads, websites, and other marketing channels, with video production and editing comprising approximately 60% of the role.


• Create engaging motion graphics, animations, transitions, and dynamic visual content that align with brand and campaign objectives.


• Develop high-quality graphic design assets, including social media graphics, digital ads, landing page visuals, and other marketing collateral, comprising approximately 40% of the role.


• Create and adapt multi-format digital assets efficiently while maintaining consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail across platforms and screen sizes.


• Translate high-level creative direction into polished, production-ready designs and videos with minimal supervision and limited need for revisions.


• Collaborate with marketing strategists and creative teams to develop visual concepts and execute creative campaigns across video, graphics, web, and digital advertising.


• Use modern video, design, motion graphics, and AI-powered tools to streamline production, improve creative quality, and increase workflow efficiency.


• Support the creation and optimization of landing page and digital assets using tools such as HighLevel, Webflow, or similar platforms, as needed.


• Stay current with emerging creative technologies, formats, and trends, and apply relevant techniques to improve the quality and effectiveness of digital content.


• Manage multiple creative projects and formats while consistently meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of execution.

What You Bring

• 
  

  3-5 years of proven experience in digital design, multimedia content creation, or creative marketing.

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva (or similar design tools).

  
  


• 
  

  Hands-on experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Descript, Hedra, or Runway.

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with web and funnel builders like HighLevel, WordPress, Webflow, or ClickFunnels.

  
  


• 
  

  Interest or experience in AI-powered tools (Midjourney, RunwayML, ChatGPT, D-ID).

  
  


• 
  

  A strong sense of visual design, storytelling, and brand consistency.
