Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Sales Executive to join a growing team. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a proven track record in building and managing a substantial book of business. The successful candidate will focus on developing and maintaining relationships with clients, particularly in the real estate or technology sectors, while delivering exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $150,000 - $250,000 (commensurate with experience and book size)

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a book of business with a minimum revenue of $750,000.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on real estate and technology sectors.


• Identify client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.


• Utilize Salesforce to manage client interactions and track sales activities.


• Travel to meet clients as needed to strengthen relationships and close deals.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in Georgia is required.


• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in commercial lines insurance sales.


• Book of Business: Must have an existing book of business with a revenue of $750,000 or more.


• Industry Expertise: Experience working with real estate or technology accounts is preferred.


• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
