Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $150,000 - $250,000 (commensurate with experience and book size)

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a commercial lines book of business with a focus on real estate or technology accounts.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met.


• Generate new business opportunities and achieve production goals.


• Collaborate with account managers and administrative support teams to provide exceptional service.


• Utilize Salesforce to manage client information, track sales activities, and monitor progress.


• Travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in California.


• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in commercial insurance sales.


• Book of Business: Must have an existing book of business generating $750,000 or more in revenue.


• Industry Focus: Experience with real estate or technology accounts preferred.


• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.


• Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
