Pre-Sales Engineer (East)

EBAS Group is partnering with an agentic AI platform designed to automate complex product development workflows for engineering, R&D, and manufacturing organizations.

They help the world’s most complex manufacturers automate and accelerate product development. Their partner ecosystem includes AWS, Autodesk, UiPath, Capgemini, McKinsey, and Accenture, and customers include Hyundai, ArianeSpace, and NASA. They’re now building the US team and hiring a Pre-Sales Engineer to support enterprise deals across the East Coast.

What you’ll do:

• Partner with Account Executives, Key Account Managers, and the CRO to drive revenue and win strategic deals


• Turn customer challenges into tailored demos, workflows, and technical presentations


• Design and deliver live demos showing the platform’s impact on real engineering workflows


• Act as a trusted technical advisor to engineering teams and decision makers


• Work with Customer Success on smooth handoffs and adoption


• Share customer insights with Product, Sales, and Customer Success

What you bring:

• Several years in a customer-facing technical role (Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or Pre-Sales Engineer) in B2B SaaS


• Hands-on CAD / CAE experience, with the ability to build and manipulate models


• Understanding of mechanical parts and manufacturing processes such as 3D printing, casting, molding, milling, or deep drawing


• Comfort working with technically complex products


• Strong storytelling skills. You simplify complex technical concepts for engineers and executives alike.


• A process mindset and drive to improve how things run


• Residency on the US East Coast and willingness to travel 30 to 40%
