Remote Project Architect

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Architect to join our dynamic team at Puttshack. As a remote Project Architect, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the design team to develop and implement project plans, including concept development, schematic design, design development, and construction documents

- Conduct site visits and perform site analysis to ensure project feasibility and compliance with local building codes and regulations

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery

- Communicate with clients, contractors, and consultants to coordinate project requirements and resolve any design issues

- Review and approve project submittals, including shop drawings, material samples, and mock-ups

- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, innovations, and best practices to continuously improve design processes and outcomes

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on commercial or hospitality projects

- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software

- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes

- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients

- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting

- Willingness to travel for occasional site visits and meetings
