Job Description - Remote Project Coordinator

Walbunn Tech Pro LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Project Coordinator to support project planning, scheduling, documentation, communication, and administrative coordination across multiple business and client initiatives.

The Remote Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers, internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to help ensure projects remain organized, on schedule, and aligned with company objectives. This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience managing multiple priorities in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities, schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and provide status updates to stakeholders.
  • Schedule and organize virtual meetings, project reviews, and team communications.
  • Maintain project documentation, records, reports, and tracking systems.
  • Assist with project planning, resource coordination, and workflow management.
  • Track deadlines and follow up on outstanding tasks and action items.
  • Prepare project reports, presentations, and meeting summaries.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to support project objectives.
  • Identify potential scheduling conflicts or project risks and escalate appropriately.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and administrative project functions.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of project coordination, administrative support, operations, or related experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with project management platforms such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Jira, or similar tools.
  • Experience supporting remote teams.
  • Familiarity with project reporting and documentation processes.

Work Environment

This is a fully remote position. Employees are expected to maintain a professional home office environment, reliable internet connectivity, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members during scheduled working hours.
