Job Summary

The Psychiatrist Supervisor will provide remote clinical supervision, case consultation, and professional guidance to mental health providers. You will support clinicians with complex cases, treatment planning, documentation, and clinical decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual supervision sessions.
• Review cases and provide clinical recommendations.
• Support treatment planning and risk assessment.
• Guide clinicians on documentation and ethical practice.
• Provide constructive feedback and mentorship.

• MD or DO degree.
• Completion of an accredited psychiatry residency.
• Active and unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in psychiatry.
• Supervision or leadership experience preferred.

• $200 to $300 per hour
• Fully remote position
