Position Summary

The Psychiatrist Supervisor will provide case guidance, clinical consultation, and professional support to mental health providers. You will help clinicians navigate complex cases and improve their overall practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote supervision sessions.
• Review clinical cases and treatment approaches.
• Provide guidance on referrals and patient safety.
• Support documentation and ethical decision-making.
• Mentor clinicians through clear, respectful feedback.

• MD or DO degree.
• Completion of an accredited psychiatry residency.
• Active and unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in psychiatry.
• Supervision or leadership experience preferred.

• $200 to $300 per hour
• Fully remote position
