WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Home Health RN, you'll provide compassionate, individualized care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

You'll:

• Complete patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care


• Provide skilled nursing care based on each patient's needs


• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members


• Help patients achieve their healthcare goals and remain safely at home


• Care for patients with a variety of medical needs


• Use your nursing expertise to make a meaningful difference every day

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Current, active Pennsylvania RN License


• Home health experience preferred, but not required


• Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills


• Compassionate and dependable approach to patient care


• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
