Revenue Cycle Systems Implementation Specialist – Remote

Location: Remote | 10–20% Travel
Salary: $75K–$85K DOE
Bonus: 10%

Our client is seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Systems Implementation Specialist to lead system implementations, coordinate projects, and support revenue cycle operations for an established specialty healthcare organization.

Qualifications & Responsibilities

• Minimum 5 years of physician revenue cycle experience, including at least 2 years in systems training or implementation.

• Minimum 2 years of experience with healthcare practice management software.

• Ophthalmology or retina billing experience strongly preferred.

• Knowledge of provider credentialing and reimbursement processes.

• Lead multiple implementation projects, coordinating timelines, resources, and cross-functional teams.

• Experience with software implementation, workflow optimization, and user training.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Experience with healthcare analytics, reporting, and data visualization tools a plus.

• Strong project management, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to travel as needed.
