What you'll do:

  Support a portfolio of high-end residential projects, including luxury single-family residences, duplexes, and multifamily buildings.

  
  


• 
  

  Develop and coordinate architectural Revit models based on the design direction, DD model, prior approved CD sets, and office standards provided by the client.

  
  


• 
  

  Produce complete permit and construction document sets, including plans, elevations, sections, schedules, details, notes, and revisions.

  
  


• 
  

  Work directly within the client's Revit / Autodesk Construction Cloud environment, under their title block and PM oversight.

  
  


• 
  

  Pick up and implement regular PM markups efficiently and accurately.

  
  


• 
  

  Support the production of architectural details and technical documentation.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with the internal design team to ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated, and aligned with office standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Become a consistent, long-term extension of the office rather than occasional drafting support. The client retains all design decisions, code review, consultant coordination, client communication, and final QA/QC.

  
  

What you must have:

• 
  

  A bachelor's degree in architecture.

  
  


• 
  

  3+ years of experience as an architect or Revit Modeler.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong proficiency in Revit.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience working in an Autodesk Construction Cloud environment.

  
  


• 
  

  An advanced English level.

  
  


• 
  

  Proven experience producing architectural drawings and construction documentation for luxury or high-end residential projects.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to develop and coordinate architectural details, schedules, notes, and revisions.

  
  


• 
  

  High level of autonomy, strong self-management skills, and strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow office standards.
