We’re hiring a high-performing Sales Account Executive to own the complete B2B sales cycle — from prospecting and pipeline generation to negotiation and closing.
This is not an order-taking role.

Full-Cycle Sales Execution
Own the complete sales process:
prospecting
outreach
discovery
presentations
negotiations
closing
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
Drive consistent monthly and quarterly revenue growth
Manage opportunities through every stage of the sales funnel
Relationship Management
Build strong, long-term relationships with:
business owners
executives
decision-makers
Understand client pain points and business objectives
Position tailored solutions that align with client needs
Maintain high client satisfaction and retention throughout the relationship lifecycle
Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management
Develop customized sales strategies based on market and client needs
Track pipeline health, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy
Maintain organized CRM records and activity tracking
Use sales insights and reporting to improve performance and conversion rates
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with:
operations,
customer success,
and leadership teams
Ensure smooth onboarding and client handoff after closing
Share market feedback and customer insights to improve internal processes and offerings
Support junior team members when needed through collaboration and guidance
✅ Required Experience & Skills
3+ years of experience in:
B2B sales,
account management,
or business development
Proven track record of:
exceeding quotas,
closing deals,
and driving revenue growth
Strong experience managing the full sales cycle
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Experience using CRM platforms such as:
Salesforce
HubSpot
or similar tools
Strong organizational and pipeline management abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
