THE OPPORTUNITY

You're selling something that's genuinely easy: A free concierge service for property managers' residents. The property manager gets paid, you get paid, their residents get premium services at zero cost. It's a clean win for everyone—and honestly, it's not a hard conversation to have.

We're transforming the moving process from chaotic to seamless. Property managers love us. Residents love us. And our sales team loves the commission checks.

WHAT WE'RE REALLY LOOKING FOR

You don't need a corner office background. You need:

• 4+ years in business development or outside sales with a track record of hitting targets (not missing them)


• A strategic mindset—you think about deals long-term, not just this month


• Client-first energy—you build real relationships, not transactional ones


• Hunger—you see uncapped commission and get excited, not anxious


• Coachability—you take feedback, iterate, and improve

YOUR DAILY WORK

• Prospect relentlessly—LinkedIn, networking events, cold calls, market research, local real estate groups. You own your pipeline.


• Demo and close—Present to decision-makers, answer questions, move deals forward.


• Build pipeline—Use our CRM to track every opportunity and stay on top of your numbers.


• Close deals—Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas. Period.


• Stay sharp—Know industry trends, understand our ideal client, and spot opportunities others miss.


• Own the experience—From handoff to our support team through successful onboarding, you ensure clients win.


• Collaborate—Work with Marketing, Success, and Operations to align strategy and accelerate growth.


• Show up—Attend conferences and events when needed (yes, some travel). This is field sales.

LOCATION & LOGISTICS

Dallas, TX — Remote

Full-Time

Mid-level experience (4+ years proven sales success)

COMPENSATION

$65,000 - $100,000 base + uncapped commission + bonus

Your actual first-year total depends on your effort and skill. Many of our sales executives exceed $100k in Year 1. Some exceed it significantly.
