School-Based Supervising Speech Language Pathologist

Are you an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about guiding and supporting the next generation of clinicians? We’re looking for a Supervising SLP to oversee Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) in the school setting.

What You’ll Do

• Provide supervision, mentorship, and support to SLPAs delivering school-based services
• Maintain compliance with supervision and documentation requirements
• Evaluate and adjust therapy plans as needed for student progress

What We’re Looking For

• Active Virginia SLP license (required)
• ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Prior experience supervising SLPAs or providing pediatric/school-based therapy a plus
