Senior Ad Monetization Manager

X-FLOW is a mobile game development company established in 2018. We gained recognition after the release of Happy Color, the most popular digital coloring book and one of the most successful ad-driven mobile apps in the world. We’re looking for a  Senior Ad Monetization Manager to join our team. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize ad monetization strategies for Happy Color.


• Promote initiatives to increase advertising revenue.


• Conduct A/B testing with monetization set up.


• Manage relationships with ad networks, partners, and vendors to ensure effective ad placements and negotiations.


• Collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams to integrate ad solutions seamlessly into the gaming experience.


• Analyze the market and keep informed of best practices, their implementation and improvement.
  

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in ad monetization for mobile products.


• Deep understanding of ad monetization flow principles, proved experience with various mediators/advertising partners.


• Strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of key monetization metrics and the ability to make data-driven decisions.


• Experience conducting A/B testing of ad strategies.


• Excellent communication and project management skills.


• English - upper Intermediate or higher.
