Senior Net Revenue Analyst

A healthcare employer in Houston, Texas is seeking a Senior Net Revenue Analyst to join its finance team. This is a primarily remote position, though candidates must reside in the Houston area and be available to report on-site with short notice when needed. The Senior Net Revenue Analyst is responsible for analyzing, modeling, and reporting net revenue across the organization. The role requires thorough knowledge of reimbursement structures spanning both commercial and government payors, along with hands-on involvement in revenue accounting functions. Proficiency with Kodiak (Crowe) is essential, as the platform serves as the primary tool for net revenue modeling and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and report on net revenue performance across the organization


• Apply in-depth knowledge of reimbursement structures from commercial and government payors


• Perform revenue accounting functions tied to net revenue operations


• Utilize Kodiak (Crowe) for net revenue modeling, forecasting, and analysis


• Retrieve and work with data from multiple systems to support financial reporting


• Identify trends, variances, and opportunities within net revenue data


• Collaborate with finance leadership to support accurate revenue recognition


• Report on-site as needed on short notice to support operational demands

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Kodiak (Crowe) required — non-negotiable


• Minimum of seven years of net revenue experience required


• Revenue accounting knowledge and practical experience required


• Working knowledge of net revenue and reimbursement structures from commercial and government payors required


• Must reside in Houston or the surrounding area required


• Experience retrieving and working with data from systems such as Excel and Lawson preferred
