About the Role 

Our flagship product, SMPLE, is becoming the operating system for modern real estate - and we need an exceptional Senior Product Designer to help define its future. 

This role will work directly with leadership across product strategy, UX architecture, and implementation to shape the next generation of the SMPLE platform. You’ll help turn ideas into scalable, intuitive experiences across mobile app, web, and internal operational tools. 

We are looking for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, operates with high autonomy, and can take concepts from whiteboard to shipped product with minimal oversight. The ideal candidate embraces emerging technologies, including AI-enabled workflows and tooling, to improve speed, scalability, operational efficiency, and overall product experience. 

This role offers ownership over product design for a platform reshaping how real estate professionals operate day to day. You’ll work closely with S.MPLE leadership, product management and engineering to create solutions for complex workflows, building experiences that make operational software feel seamless and intuitive. 

Responsibilities 

• Handson Design Execution (55%) 
  
  
  
  • Design end-to-end experiences across mobile app, web, and internal dashboard environments   
  
  
  • Build and maintain scalable design systems in Figma that accelerate product development   
  
  
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and polished UI designs ready for engineering implementation   
  
  
  • Transform operational and data-heavy workflows into clear, actionable interfaces   
  
  
  • Rapidly iterate on concepts, feedback, and evolving product requirements in a lean development environment   
  
  
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and evolving technologies to streamline workflows, accelerate design iteration, and contribute to scalable product development processes   
  
  
  • Own projects independently while maintaining close collaboration with stakeholders across departments

  • Partner with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation and strong UX consistency   
  
  
  • Work collaboratively with leadership, product managers, and developers in an iterative product development process   
  
  
  • Foster a culture of thoughtful, user-centered design across the organization   
  
  
  • Support and help elevate overall design quality, systems thinking, and workflow consistency as the team scales

Qualifications 

• 7+ years of product design experience with significant experience in UI/UX for SaaS, operational platforms, or workflow-driven products  


• Proven track record designing complex products and workflows in fast-paced environments  


• Experience building and scaling design systems from foundation to maturity  


• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and modern design tools  


• Strong understanding of front-end development principles and engineering constraints  


• Experience collaborating closely with product managers, engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the full product lifecycle  


• Portfolio demonstrating strong UX thinking, interaction design, and measurable business impact  


• Ability to operate independently and drive projects forward with limited direction  


• Demonstrated ability to thoughtfully incorporate AI-enabled tools and workflows into product design, research, iteration, or operational efficiency  


• Strong understanding of modern product workflows and a curiosity for emerging technologies shaping the future of design and user experience  


• Real estate industry experience or familiarity with agent workflows is a strong plus 

Skills 

• Track record of mentoring designers and elevating team capabilities 


• Excellent communication and presentation skills across technical and business audiences  


• Comfortable navigating ambiguity while maintaining high execution standards  


• Highly organized, proactive, and execution-oriented 

Compensation

Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.

The national base pay range for this position within the United States is $165,000.00 - $185,000.00 USD.

Your Location

This position is remote eligible. The role may include occasional work at a SERHANT. office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. While the position is remote eligible, you must live within the United States.
