The Role
As our Remote Service Coordinator, you’ll be the voice and backbone of our customer experience. You’ll coordinate service requests, keep production + customers aligned, and make sure every part we ship meets the GreenLeaf standard. This is a high-trust role for someone who thrives on organization, clear communication, and solving problems before they become problems.
What You’ll Do
- Own the service workflow: Track, prioritize, and coordinate all customer service requests from quote to delivery confirmation
- Customer communication: Be the main point of contact for clients in automotive, tactical, and electronics sectors. Provide clear updates on order status, lead times, and any technical questions
- Bridge with production: Work daily with our Lenoir City plant team, QC, and engineering to align on schedules, specs, and solutions
- Quality + compliance: Ensure service interactions reflect our ISO-certified processes. Document everything accurately
- Issue resolution: Address concerns fast, escalate complex technical issues with full context, and follow through to closure
- Reporting: Maintain CRM/records and send weekly service reports to leadership
What You Bring
-Good customer service, technical support, or operations coordination. Manufacturing/plastics experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills — you can talk specs with an engineer and updates with a procurement manager
- Detail-obsessed and organized. In precision molding, small details = big impact
- Comfortable with ERP/CRM tools, Microsoft 365/Google Workspace, and ticketing systems
- Self-driven for remote work: reliable internet, power backup, and proactive updates
- Understanding of B2B service and confidentiality for mission-critical/tactical clients
