Spanish Bilingual Medical VA

Rate: $8/hr



Work closely with U.S.-based doctors and medical specialists to provide excellent patient care and customer service—all from the comfort of your home!

At least one year experience in BPO or any Bilingual VA role – fluency both in Spanish and English.

Requirements:

  Fluency in Spanish (written & spoken)

  Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

  Strong interest in learning medical terminology

  
  


• 
  

  Preferred: 1+ year of experience in U.S. medical insurance (Eligibility, Pre-authorization, Referrals, Claims)

  
  


• Also welcome: At least 1 year in a BPO or VA bilingual role


• Willing to undergo 3-week paid training program

Key Responsibilities:

  Learn and apply medical terminology in Spanish
