position Overview

This role requires a combination of demonstrated experience in supply chain management (SCM) business processes—including electronic commerce, order management (OMS), warehouse management (WMS), transportation management (TMS), and electronic data interchange (EDI) using Dynamics 365—as well as serving as a functional lead on technology projects. It requires the aptitude, attitude, and energy to drive forward progress in an environment with competing priorities.

Ideal Candidate Profile

You have been a key driver of successful ERP and supply chain projects with Dynamics 365 and provided ongoing operational support for Fulfillment and Logistics (F&L) business units. You have experience working closely with both internal and external clients to translate business requirements into technical specifications, implement system configurations, facilitate user acceptance testing, and coordinate production releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with internal and external customers to provide thought leadership to enhance and automate business processes, document requirements, and design systems.

• Work with users, customers, and developers on solution designs for order management, inventory management, warehouse management, shipping, and transportation management.

• Implement supply chain solutions to expand service offerings with Fulfillment and Logistics (F&L) customers via standard/templatized EDI and API interfaces, as well as e-commerce marketplaces architected and integrated with Dynamics 365.

• Configure Dynamics 365 functionality across e-commerce, sales/billing, procurement/sourcing, demand planning, item management, bill of materials (BOM), production control, inventory control, quality assurance, receive-putaway, pick-pack-ship, and freight/carrier load management.

• Support, monitor, and troubleshoot system integrations within the SCM ecosystem (client portals, EDI, OMS, WMS, TMS, shipping systems, label printing, mobile devices).

• Gather/document requirements and visualize processes using workflow diagrams.

• Create end-user test scripts, facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), and obtain sign-off.

• Develop cutover and contingency plans, managing execution for the go-live process.

• Adhere to change control processes to ensure SOX compliance and collaborate with auditors on control configurations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business or technology discipline.

• 7+ years of total professional IT experience (preferably in business systems analysis).

• 4+ years of work experience with Microsoft Dynamics (including 2+ years of ERP implementation and support experience with Dynamics 365).

• 4+ years of experience working in a supply chain environment (e-commerce, order, warehouse, or transportation management).

• Strong requirements gathering, gap analysis, and process flow documentation skills.

• Ability to manage conflict, facilitate consensus, and escalate issues appropriately.

• Experience delivering client presentations and collaborating across all organizational levels.

• Up to 10% travel required as needed by project work.
