The US Oncology Network is looking for a remote Sr. Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team at Texas Oncology.

 

Role Summary

 

The Sr. Talent Acquisition Advisor serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, delivering consultative talent solutions that align hiring decisions with Texas Oncology’s workforce strategy, labor market realities, and long‑term organizational goals.

 

Operating as a trusted advisor, this role directly impacts business outcomes by shaping hiring decisions by influencing role design, hiring strategy, offer decisions, while delivering a high-quality, relationship-driven recruitment experience. The position blends strategic consulting, market intelligence, and full-cycle execution, with a strong focus on quality, sustainability, and business impact.









Qualifications






Required

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on strategic recruiting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. Or experience in lieu of education.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with leaders in a consultative capacity.
  • Strong understanding of labor market dynamics and recruitment best practices.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics.

 

Preferred

  • Experience recruiting for clinical roles such as nursing, allied health, or medical technology.
  • Familiarity with healthcare education pipelines and accreditation standards.
  • Experience supporting leaders in complex or high‑volume environments.
  • SHRM, HRCI, or similar professional certification.

Responsibilities






Strategic Talent Consulting

  • Partner with practice, operational, and clinical leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into effective talent strategies.
  • Lead intake and strategy conversations focused on defining role outcomes, success factors, and hiring approach, not just job descriptions.
  • Act as a consultative advisor, guiding leaders toward data‑informed hiring decisions.
  • Contribute to workforce planning discussions to anticipate future talent needs and risks.
  • Tailor hiring approaches based on role criticality, labor market conditions, and urgency.

Labor Market & Talent Intelligence

  • Provide insights on labor market trends, talent availability, and competitive practices.
  • Advise leaders on market‑aligned compensation expectations in partnership with Compensation and HR Business Partners.
  • Educate hiring leaders on tradeoffs related to speed, quality, cost, and candidate availability.

Offer & Hiring Decision Advisory

  • Partner with leaders on offer strategy, including salary recommendations, total rewards considerations, and closing approaches.
  • Support equitable, competitive, and sustainable hiring decisions aligned with internal guidelines and market data.
  • Serve as a thought partner during decision-making, especially for hard-to-fill or high-impact roles.

Candidate Experience & Employer Brand

  • Deliver a high‑touch, concierge‑level candidate experience from initial engagement through onboarding.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Texas Oncology, ensuring candidates experience professionalism, transparency, and respect.
  • Build long‑term relationships with candidates, including passive and future‑ready talent.

Data, Insights & Continuous Improvement

  • Use recruiting metrics and analytics to identify trends, diagnose challenges, and inform talent strategies.
  • Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for leaders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes, tools, and practices.

Hiring Manager Enablement

  • Coach hiring leaders on interview best practices, selection quality, and candidate engagement.
  • Guide leaders in shared accountability for hiring outcomes.
  • Influence consistent, fair, and effective hiring processes across the organization
