Role Summary
The Sr. Talent Acquisition Advisor serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, delivering consultative talent solutions that align hiring decisions with Texas Oncology’s workforce strategy, labor market realities, and long‑term organizational goals.
Operating as a trusted advisor, this role directly impacts business outcomes by shaping hiring decisions by influencing role design, hiring strategy, offer decisions, while delivering a high-quality, relationship-driven recruitment experience. The position blends strategic consulting, market intelligence, and full-cycle execution, with a strong focus on quality, sustainability, and business impact.
