Telehealth Registered Nurse

Overview

In this position, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality healthcare services remotely to patients in the comfort of their own homes. Your expertise in nursing will be essential in assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and ensuring effective communication between patients and the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients via telehealth platforms.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.

Requirements

• Valid nursing registration with the relevant regulatory body.
• Proven experience in nursing, preferably in telehealth or a similar setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in using telehealth technology and electronic medical records.
