As a Store Setup Team Member, you’ll be part of a full-time, nationwide traveling team responsible for transforming AutoZone retail spaces into fully operational stores. This role involves hands-on fixture installation, merchandising, and collaboration with local teams to ensure every store meets our brand’s high standards. It’s ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, have a passion for retail construction, and are excited by the opportunity to travel extensively while making a visible impact. 

• Travel to construction sites and existing store locations across the country
• Install display equipment and merchandise to meet AutoZone’s high standards
• Construct fixtures following prototypical floor plans
• Collaborate with and train local AutoZoners in setup processes and fixture construction
• Ensure they are completing all required project tasks in a timely manner in accordance with company standards
• Merchandise new stores and remodel existing ones using detailed planograms
• Follow all company policies and procedures
