Renewal Specialist

Salary Range: $50,000-55,000 with performance bonus

We are seeking a motivated and self-starter to join our dynamic team as a Renewal Specialist. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in account management, customer service, or sales. You will play a critical role in managing accounts in smaller districts including the private and parochial segment of the K-12 market, at the guidance and discretion of the sales leadership team. This job will report to the Renewal Specialist Manager.

Job Duties:

• Manage multiple accounts while effectively using our CRM tools to track interactions and progress.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive strategies to engage customers
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and inquiries with strong communication skills to solve customer pain points through a consultative selling approach. 
• Meet and exceed renewal targets through proactive outreach and follow-up strategies.
• Independently manage daily sales tasks with a focus on organization and attention to detail.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and internal coordination to ensure seamless communication.

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Ideally 1 year of experience in account management, customer service, or sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
• Ability to analyze data and provide insights into renewal trends and customer behavior.
• Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Negotiation skills and the ability to handle customer objections professionally.

This role is not a remote work position. All employees must live within commuting distance of Music Row in Nashville. We are currently requiring all team members to work at minimum 3 days a week in the office on the QuaverEd campus. This requirement is subject to change at the discretion of the team member's Supervisor and company policies.
