Rental Agent

Conklin Automotive Group is looking for a friendly and organized Rental Agent to join our team. As a Rental Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with vehicle rentals, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth and positive rental experience. You will serve as the primary point of contact for rental customers, providing excellent customer service and handling all rental processes efficiently. Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with vehicle rental reservations
• Explain rental agreements, rates, and insurance options clearly to customers
• Process rental applications and complete all necessary paperwork
• Ensure rental vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and ready for customers
• Manage vehicle return inspections and process payments accurately
• Maintain accurate rental records and documentation
• Coordinate with the service and sales departments as needed
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide solutions promptly

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in vehicle rentals or customer service is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
