Rental Customer Service and Sales Agent - Evenings (Airport)

Budget has a need for a full-time Rental Customer Service and Sales Agent on our Airport team. This role is idea for those who are people-oriented, have great customer service skills, and love putting a smile on someone's face. The position would finalize reservations, check customers in and out of our parking garage, and close sales.

Shift times are 5pm-1am, Sunday-Thursday.

Job Duties

Greet customers using standard dialogue

Address customer inquiries, such as explanation of charges, vehicle damages, directions, etc.

Perform vehicle exchanges and extensions

Inspect incoming vehicles for new damage

Report damages to on-duty supervisor

Scan returning vehicles back into system

Provide computerized receipt to customer

Maintain current knowledge and adhere to the guidelines on all company policies and procedures, new training information, pricing and promotions etc.

Support a team environment by assisting other agents and/or other areas when needed

High School Diploma or equivalent

1 year of customer service experience

Professional communication skills

Problem resolution experience

Minimum age of 18

Valid driver's license

Clean driving record
