Rental Fleet Coordinator & Vehicle Photographer

Position Overview: Mahalak Auto Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Rental Fleet Coordinator to oversee the rental operations and photograph new inventory at our Posner Park Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT location. This dual-role position is ideal for an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Rental Fleet Coordinator:

• Customer Inquiry and Initial Assessment:
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding rental vehicles.
  • Assess payment methods and communicate rental agreements and policies clearly.
• Reservation and Rental Agreement:
  • Reserve vehicles based on availability and customer preferences.
  • Prepare and ensure the customer signs rental agreements with clear terms and conditions.
• Vehicle Pickup and Inspection:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of rental vehicles before handover.
  • Confirm insurance information and secure credit card holds for security deposits.
• Rental Period Management:
  • Monitor rental periods and communicate with customers nearing the end of their rental term.
  • Obtain approvals for rental extensions and document accordingly.
• Return and Inspection:
  • Coordinate vehicle returns, conduct inspections for damages, and document findings.
  • Process applicable fees and insurance claims as necessary.
• Payment Processing and Documentation:
  • Process rental charges and provide detailed invoices.
  • Maintain accurate records of agreements, inspections, payments, and customer communications.

Inventory Photography:

• Photograph new inventory to ensure high-quality images for marketing and sales purposes.
• Ensure all vehicles are presented in the best possible way to attract potential buyers using the equipment provided.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic photography skills and a good eye for detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using general computer applications.
