Reopening Team Members

A Grand Reopening needs a grand team! We are growing our team to better serve our west Littleton/Ken-Caryl community! We anticipate a late November reopening, but we need to start hiring NOW!

Position Type:

• Part-time: evenings/closes & Saturdays
• Full-time: daytime/openings & Saturdays

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Smile, Make Eye Contact, Speak Enthusiastically

• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Consistency and reliability (including with attendance)
• Cheerful and positive attitude
• Loves serving and helping others
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented
• Able to multi-task
• Works well independently and in a team environment
• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
• Minimum age 16 for part-time, 18 for full-time
• Part-time: able to work a closing shift (until 10:30pm) 2-3 nights per week (2x Mon-Thursday, 1x Fri/Sat.)
• Saturday availability (closed on Sundays!)
• Positions start at $15.16/hr PT to $18/hr FT.
