P.J. Fitzpatrick, Inc. is seeking Home Repair Technicians with experience in residential roofing, siding, window and door installation, repair and maintenance.

Must have 3-5 years experience of Roofing, Siding, Window, & Door install experience.

This position requires skill in all types of home installations of roofing, siding, windows/door with an emphasis on:

• Leak detection and resolution
• Ability to troubleshoot problems
• Offer solutions and deliver only the best customer service experience
• Self-motivation and a desire to get the job done correctly
• Candidate will also communicate with customer on specifications and troubleshooting any issues to make sure the project is completed correctly while delivering only the best customer service experience.

Required experience: 

For this position, you'll have to be comfortable with a lot of different tasks, including, but not limited:

• Replacing small sectons of roof
• Replacing missing shingles
• Diagnosing and repairing leaks
• Replacing pipe collars
• Installing ridge vents
• Replacing and repairing flashing
• Replacing damaged and/or missing siding and soffits
• Gutter Repairs
• Installing Gutter Guards
• Reparing window and door hardware
• Capping of doors, windows, and fascia
• Operating a brake
• Writing estimates
• Assessing the home for additional work that needs to be done

Job Type: Full-time

• All applicants must pass a background check, drug screen and have a valid drivers license with good driving record to work with Roofing, Siding, Window and Doors .
• 3-5 years of experience in Carpentry, Roofing, Siding, Window and Door installation
