POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a proactive Team Lead to provide daily work guidance, training, and operational support to warehouse staff
.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily guidance on work assignments and train employees on job responsibilities
  .

• Efficiently evaluate and implement resources to complete daily tasks
  .

• Communicate production or employee issues promptly to management
  .

• Assist with picking products, ensuring safety rules and company policies are strictly followed
  .

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: Prior supervisory experience in a high-volume manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred
  .

• Tech Skills: Working knowledge of AS400, basic PC skills, Microsoft Word, and Excel is required
  .

• Physical Standards: Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and manually lift up to 40 lbs
  .
