Job Description - Requirements Analyst


 

  • Translate business process requirements across functional areas into integrated enterprise-level solutions.
  • Conduct structured stakeholder interviews, focus groups, documentation reviews, and technical discussions to identify system requirements, dependencies, and risks.
  • Lead requirements elicitation and analysis, translating user needs into actionable system capabilities with comprehensive end-to-end requirements traceability.
  • Collaborate with functional stakeholders to define application functionality, system design, data requirements, and integration needs.
  • Identify and document collaboration opportunities, best practices, key resources, and authoritative data sources to support enterprise solutions.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements-gathering activities, stakeholder engagements, system changes, business processes, and knowledge-management resources. 
  •   10+   years of relevant experience .Experience analyzing functional requirements in the domain/area supported, including working with subject matter experts to document business process steps
