Talentry is looking for a Scientist who has a proven history of formulating, developing, and manufacturing food products that include bites, bars, snacks, or similar food items.

The right person for this role will determine product profiles, assist with manufacturability, develop pilot and sample batches, and work with cross-functional experts. He or she will also manage multiple projects where quality, cost, safety, appeal, and other characteristics of food products are key.

Requirements

Qualifications:

BS and 5+ years of product experience with appropriate food formulation.

Proven project management experience

GMP experience

Excellent communication and documentation experience
